Excellent night for good italian food, good unexpensive wine and conversation with spouses and business partners. Service is provided by owners who are not looking to make friends but not unfriendly, just serious about doing their job. Second time there and planning to go again soon

Lately we went with friends to Da Ugo'. Food was surprisingly good for a German' Italian restaurant at a price level that is acceptable. I had a great Branzino'. Highly recommended. We were asking for a wine recommendation. As my friend rather had a red,...we had a great red from Southern Italy at a very moderate price. We will be there again, soon!

Upon entering Da Ugo you’ll know by the fresh aroma and authentic Italian decor your in for a real treat. Angelo’s smile and friendly service along with the entire staff are attentive and provide spot on service. The menu has daily specials and classic Italian...dishes that melt in your mouth. My biggest suggestion is to call at least days ahead for reservations, the place is that good and that busy. It’s a home run.

The food here is excellent and reasonably priced. Two of us had saltimbocca, perfectly cooked with prosciutto and sage and a delicious sauce. My grandson had a superb pasta a small serve for a child happily catered for. And my son in law, entrecôte...that he found very satisfactory. We all tucked into desserts, again with relish. We ate early and the restaurant was full by the time we left at It's clearly very popular so you might need to book. Definitely worth a try

I can't believe the raving reviews of this place. The waiters were SO SO rude, besides being unprofessional (we had to flag them down times and even when they came to the table they didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything). Food mediocre,...pasta with tomato sauce with burnt garlic (my guest noticed, how embarassing), wine list inexistent...The local Germans seem to like this place but having grown up in Italy I am not coming back and would not reccomend to anyone.

The waiters were SO SO rude, besides being unprofessional (we had to flag them down 700 times and even when they came to the table they didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything). Food mediocre, pasta with tomato sauce with burnt garlic (my guest noticed, how embarassing), wine list inexistent...The local Germans seem to like this place but having grown up in Italy - I am not coming back and would not reccomend to anyone.
