I came back with friends in this old Bolognese style trattoria, He dined with typical bolognese tagliatelle but something changed respect the other time, with a decrease in quality and service

Apart from the history of Trattoria, which they have already mentioned in many, I would say that it is the classic place in the hand where it is aimed at the substance and quality of food.
