"the visit came out mainly for the interesting wine cellar, but then, a restaurateur who loves wine and has certain skills certainly loves food too. In fact, confirmed the fantastic choice of wines, we could appreciate a kitchen made of great raw materials and nice and ambitious ideas. our lunch has contemplated oysters, a strepitous raw with crustaceans and carpacci (magnificent that of moonfish lipsticks with artichokes and a spectacular lobster with Catalan; to finish a sweet tribute to the territory with ricotta, frolla, olives and artichokes, very, very interesting. location maybe not “consistent” to the quality of food, while the wine shop is very beautiful. the patron has been very attentive and professional, giving us a discovery that, demoleting every prejudice on Ligurian catering, enters right among our favorites.
