The ambience About a year ago my wife and I were already eating at this place. However, there was not the Sthoka yet, we were with an Italian – Da Franco. This Italian has now moved on a few houses, is now hosted in the Batzenärrle under the name Francesco’s Restaurant Batzenärrle. The dressing should have been a little more spicy and more acid for my taste and those of my enthusiasts. The pieces of meat from the back muscle of the oxen and from the muscle strand in the lumbar area along the oxen vertebral column come to the table, along with supplements on white, rectangular plates – much longer than wider. Cleanliness The guest room is perfectly clean, tables, dishes and cutlery as well. We didn't use the toilets. Four stars for cleanliness.
