"I booked one night through booking in a suite with a hot tub and I contacted them to prepare a surprise for my partner. They were attentive at all times and prepared the romantic pack for me. The suite was amazing, it had a door through which upon entering there was a SUPER COMPLETE spa with jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and hot/cold shower. Next to each toilet there were instructions on how to use it and they left us towels, bathrobes and slippers, apart from those in the normal bathroom. The only bad thing was the service in the restaurant... we arrived late but the kitchen still didn't close, we ordered the menu of the day and it took us 2 long hours because they forgot to serve us the second course... I guess everyone may have a fault. Despite that, we will definitely return because the service was very good and the breakfast was delicious."
