"I start by saying, that the new management of the room is fantastic, they were all very nice, nice and super friendly, people really at hand and they put you at ease. the food is great, the only reason I gave 4 stars, they are the appetizers, they were good but they did not convince us much, but they are nothing compared to what comes after. carbonara. The carbonara is crazy! I never take it to the restaurant, because I find it a pasta too difficult to make really good, but here I had to believe. tasty, creamy, the cooking of pasta at the right point and the cheek. fine and crispy scales that made that dish, the best thing about dinner. I had to do the bis. the seconds also very good and varied, there was nothing I didn't like, the meatballs were very soft and the chicken at all dry. Finally, we were kindly offered a mix of all their sweets, one more good than the other. cheesecake was something special. I will definitely return, because even if it's been a few days, I'm still thinking about that carbonara! Good!"

Spectacular dinner. excellent Roman cuisine, appetizers, first, second, sweets and soft drinks. we ate until we've been spoiled, so much and well! I'm fasting tomorrow, but tonight was really worth it. recommended!

I've been eating here on Sunday, buy the chair for 25€ and you need to wait for everyone to finish, in the local, the previous flow and then the times dilate. sincerely to me, this formula did not like but compared to those who like it.

we stopped in this trattoria during business trip... host and staff availability. .they offer only three dishes of the Roman tradition (cacio and pepper carbonara gricia) and for me this is a point of strength... we opted for the fixed menu... honest price and abundant courses. ..good overall quality. Franchising di cucina romana, menù a 20€ solo se si prenota e si paga con carta, altrimenti 25€. Fritti freschi, primi ottimi della classica cucina romana! Secondi e contorni da provare (se avanza spazio). Amaro compreso nel menù e mi raccomando non prendere caffè, dolci e coca cola che non sono compresi nel menù da 20€. Unica pecca il servizio un po' troppo lento ma i camerieri molto gentili e cordiali. Da provare assolutamente.
