"I happened to pass upon this by chance whilst on my way to Gratitude and a made a mental note to check it out on the way back home. Located just a 2-3 minute walk from the universitat station, Dean and David provide a number of vegan options such as sandwiches, paninis, wraps, soup and curry, all of which are clearly labelled on the menu board. Obviously it also serves meat. I visited twice during my stay and on my first visit got a tasty grilled veggie panini for about 4 euros. When I visited again I ordered the red lentil soup which came with a lovely bit of sour dough and the green veggie curry for about 10 euros. The soup was delicious with a nice hint of heat but the curry was a little watery and lacking in spice. The staff on both occasions were very friendly. This is not bad for a non vegan place and if you're passing by and want a quick bite to eat or coffee it's worth visiting. However, there are a number of vegetarian and vegan cafes nearby that are so much better. Updated from previous review on 2016-07-30"

Dean David proves that vegetarian and healthy food can also taste very, very good. The food comes quickly there are no long waiting times. The place is very chic, very modern. But still cozy.

I ate here a few times on my trip, due to the fact that most vegan / vegetarian places to make the close of 8, which I was unfortunately not able to do. it was able to taste anything vegan on the menu while I was there. panini, oriental wrap, curry, superfood salad and chia cup. everything was decent, better than a Clif bar would have been.

a bright sympathic place where you can eat food that is freshly made in front of your eyes with natural ingredients.. from salads, to wraps, to sandwiches, soups... in the same place, there is tschuus , a juice bar with freshly made smoothies and juices. Everything is to eat in or to take away. What I don 't like about it is that it has too much the atmosphere of a canteen (and this is also their concept), but that of course fits very well into the university and student area. Too expensive!!!

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
