"We had lunch in this restaurant on Sunday. Hesitant management of our order of drinks we forgot to ask for my drink. So, a very long wait to take our order of dishes. The server teaches me that the vegetarian dish I wanted was a victim of its success and more available. I fight on a bowl of salmon and a mango. 10min after my order, we come to discover that the mango is still frozen! while it is the main ingredient of this dish... I'm offered to wear mozzarella. Arrive the moment of the arrival of the dishes: everyone is served, except my son who has to wait for his pizza for about ten minutes, while the dishes of other people cool. A tip to the restaurant team: check that you have the ingredients in your menu. Personally, I would have wanted a mango cut to finish the meal, but... let's not talk about frozen mango so unavailable! I have Del Arte's loyalty card and this restaurant is the worst customer experience until now."
