We only stayed one night but it was enough to understand that we will be back for the hospitality, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the availability and it doesn't hurt the culinary skills of the chef who made us taste unusual gourmet dishes. We took a rostic octopus on the cured chicory bed. ..a tonnarello cacio, pepper and shrimp tartare...a squash and cheek...one more good than the other. Very kind owner, sweet, affable, clean place, amazing dishes, bags not exactly handy to get there but I must say that the atmosphere is really delicious, we ate and spent the right amount of food, really well looked after, I must say that I will go back to eat the second courses that we didn't take on the advice of the owner who advised us to her disadvantage not to take them because the first courses were plentiful very nice everything to visit

A few weeks ago, I discovered this place thanks to the fork. I did not expect to find a restaurant so far, village virbese not only tourist and passing! Instead I found a proposal of men with amazing combinations and a great choice of quality of raw materials. unforgettable risotto with parmesan with porpora and anchovies (which surely reproduce at home delicate and interesting the tartare of fresh shrimps proposed on a red turnip bed; exceptional filled cacio dove and pepper with raw lime shrimp. a plausion for the chef and his very nice companion who served us at the table advising us a great local wine to match our dishes.
