Der Schwan - Carta

we are always looking for great places for our Sunday brunch, and with great weather here is the best place!

we have eaten twice during our stay. there is a large and varied selection of drinks and dips; all our decisions have proved to be excellent.

eating here was very good, a good mix of traditional German dressed and modern Americanized dressed. good choice of wine and beer. the service was somewhat slow, but otherwise very good. Ver carta

nice atmosphere, good drinks, but for young people looking for the "in' drinks". (I couldn't even get a marguerita!) nice in the afternoon to the coffee if you can sit outside on the water?

I have friends in oldenburg and visit them at different seasons. in the summer you can sit outside at the river, and when it gets cooler, they will move into the greenhouse and in cold weather into the restaurant where a fire burns in the winter. the atmosphere is like home, eating is great and if the service is a bit slow, you can still drink a beer while you wait!

together with a friend I enjoyed a delicious breakfast there, the weather was great, sun from early morning, so we could sit outside at the small oldenburg harbour at the end they bring the new one. Here you can not only offer breakfast, but also lunch and dinner, or just relax with a cake with coffee or tea. the service is good - only sometimes if it is very full, it can take a Ver carta

the van is a bar and a restaurant, just a short walk from oldenburg's main shopping streets and worth a visit. I have eaten there two or three times a day. it is a midday buffet with an average but definitiw very acceptable selection. there is a bright and airy winter garden in which they can also eat and - if the sun seems - tables in the open directly at the river bank. a good day, the fascinated is now really brilliant! I have only given an average score because I have seen better buffets, but don't let them be deterred from my rating, because it's really worth visiting.

apart from the great location, this place had nothing else to offer. my waiter couldn't make the effort to wipe my table, on which rainwater stood. had to make it with the serviette for my food. drink was brought fast. I ordered a burger, who, in my opinion, was bought at mcdonalds and placed on a teller. when the burger arrived, I asked for mayonnaise. the waitress made me a bad thing when she saw me. No one has reported back. 20 minutes waited to alert someone to pay the bill. nothing. went in to pay. no one had to go because my film had already begun. when I work in this industry, I know how it is to make a walk, but they obviously didn't take care of me less while I was there.

I was one night for dinner with my friend and friends. there were no communication problems as we were two members of our group, whose mother tongue was German. we sat pretty fast and ordered drinks. we got menus. from there the service went back dramatically. after that we sat down for 30 minutes without even thinking about it. the restaurant was not full and there were at least three waiters free. unnecessary to say that we paid the bill for our drinks and left. the waitress asked why we went without eating. we told her it was the bad service. Since then, she accepted it and did not apologize. I had eaten here a few years ago and it was really good. rather sad to see a decline of service s... Ver carta
