"Focused on very traditional meat dishes. No vegetarian dishes. Quality varies, we had a burger that was raw inside, neighbouring guests sent out their unfinished fish. 20 guests and only one very stressed person serving. "We stayed at Hotel Bonnet during a group trip. The staff is of great kindness, very smiling and effective. The room was clean and spacious, but no air conditioning. At the restaurant we have always eaten well: traditional cuisine and served generously. The breakfast buffet was well arranged: even when you arrived many at the same time, it was very good. Viennoiseries, bread, baguette, cake, ham, cheese... Very varied. A hotel ideally located near charming places in the Basque country."

"I would have liked to give you my opinion on this table but it will be for a next time or never. Indeed, having a smartbox "the chefs' tables", I chose this restaurant in the smartbox booklet. What was not my surprise when with a small commercial voice I was told that I could not dine in the summer in this restaurant using a smartbox. and yes trade obliges holders of a smartbox will be able to book in this restaurant in November (a day of rain will be even better) when the restaurant may have more difficulty filling its room. I'm particularly angry! Indeed, it is nowhere indicated in the smartbox that this restaurant discriminates customers in such a way (I will of course share my discontent with smartbox responsible also for the situation.) I recall that the smartbox is not free, so we have to be able to have it as we seem. I know, business is obliging, and if you're not happy go to other places, we'll fill our restaurant without you in August. What contempt, what disgrace! then two solutions. book without saying that you are holders of a smartbox but watch out for you risk getting fired when you arrive or then don't buy a smartbox if you can't have it as you want.
