"The food here was excellent. The starters were very tasty and the mains equally so. The dessert wasn't quite up to the same standard but still pretty decent. Unfortunately the service let the whole experience down. While seated quicky we had to ask for the bread that all other customers were served and the water which we had previously requested. All aspects of the service were very slow. Sometimes it is nice to be given some time between courses as in Edinburgh your often rushed. 3 hours before entering and leaving was just to much though. Would I go here again? Absolutely."

The food, service, and atmosphere are fantastic. I can't find anything to fault about the place. We're staying on the island for three nights and have eaten here twice, but that's only because we didn't discover it sooner!

Stuck in Stornoway after finishing a job, I decided to have lunch at this restaurant, lured in by their two-course offer for just £16.95, which seemed very reasonable. However, when I left, I felt like I should have paid more. The food and service were outstanding and offered incredible value. I highly recommend this place! Ver carta

looking for a place to eat in stornoway that was more beautiful than its standard fish and chips this place not disappointed. we visited Monday evening and were able to book the last table. beautiful service and nice eating. the cocktails were also a beautiful note! would recommend it to everyone to visit the island. we cannot wait to visit again!
