It was obvious he had no cutlery, but she didn't notice. We were also served two salads that were both cold and tasteless. We also had to wait five minutes before I had to ask the waitress to bring us bread. Normally it goes without saying that bread is served with a salad. Furthermore, my wife and I ordered entrecôte steaks and I asked to replace the third sauce, which is usually served with garlic, with another one. Here too there was no interest on the part of the waitress to fulfill our wish. We regularly go to good restaurants and like to tip appropriately.
