It was my first time in the restaurant and I was amazed with the Eitomatin. I love it so much. I asked about the recipe. Chief Alfredo is fantastic. I want to visit again.

We had a wonderful lunch in the Dolce style Novo. The outdoor location in the Reggia di Venaria with views of the terrain was beautiful. The food was a pleasant modern reception of the local cuisine, filled with small surprises, exciting and satisfying. The staff was also friendly and attentive, and we particularly appreciate the cordial greeting of Chef Russo. I ate in many restaurants in the world because of my work. I remain almost always, in part, disappointed, or the quality of the raw material or service or attention to detail. I think all these elements are important to create a unique experience. this happened last night, gradually we were wrapped in a path where we never felt forgotten. the kindness in asking if any of us was left, the presentation of the dishes in unison, the small degotations between one course and the other, the tea on the beautiful terrace and the delicious bitter, lead me to give maximum votes. and then how to forget the made chocolate mini pumpkin when you realized it was my birthday. The restaurant was a little tricky to find (to the right of where you enter the palace), but once inside everything was smooth sailing. We thought we would go with the 5 course menu because we always end up overstuffed with tasting menus. At the last minute we decided to go with the 7 course menu and we were glad we did, since it ended up being a perfect amount of food. The dishes weren't overly complicated and instead let the main fresh ingredients shine, which we appreciated. One of our favorite parts of the meal, were the wine pairings. All the wines were delicious and fit the menu perfectly. The only slightly negative thing I could say about the experience was that the restaurant itself...

It was my second visit to Dolce Style Novo. My first was 3 years ago and this time had been during a colder season, so the menu and experience was completely different. Tonight we had dinner outdoors on the terrace while the last time was inside. Outside was so beautiful with views of the garden and the beautiful palace stone. The service was really impeccable. I don't eat fish (a preference, no allergy), and the waitress made sure to bring a second option of butter for me as the standard anchovies had in it. I found it particularly thoughtful, because bread is not the main focus of a meal for me at least, and they already had oil as another option. It really felt like no detail was too smal... Ver carta
