I ate in many restaurants in the world because of my work. I remain almost always, in part, disappointed, or the quality of the raw material or service or attention to detail. I think all these elements are important to create a unique experience. this happened last night, gradually we were wrapped in a path where we never felt forgotten. the kindness in asking if any of us was left, the presentation of the dishes in unison, the small degotations between one course and the other, the tea on the beautiful terrace and the delicious bitter, lead me to give maximum votes. and then how to forget the made chocolate mini pumpkin when you realized it was my birthday. The restaurant was a little tricky to find (to the right of where you enter the palace), but once inside everything was smooth sailing. We thought we would go with the 5 course menu because we always end up overstuffed with tasting menus. At the last minute we decided to go with the 7 course menu and we were glad we did, since it ended up being a perfect amount of food. The dishes weren't overly complicated and instead let the main fresh ingredients shine, which we appreciated. One of our favorite parts of the meal, were the wine pairings.
