I had a wonderful time! The breakfast team and the atmosphere were fantastic.

From beginning to end, it was a wonderfull experience! The staff was lovely and the food very nice! I will absolutely do it again!!

The dining experience was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this restaurant.

I was somewhat disappointed with the atmosphere since it was located in the middle of a bustling shop floor. Our initial waitress was excellent, but when she left, the other waiter was not as attentive. The food was decent, but it felt overpriced for what we received. Overall, it was a bit disappointing, and I probably wouldn't return.

I took my Mum and my daughters to London for the day, just to make some memories that we could all cherish. Dolly’s was a lovely part of that day, it’s a beautiful setting and the afternoon tea was amazing! The service was so good, the waiting staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I’d highly recommend Dolly’s for a lovely treat.

Food was lovely although I would have preferred choosing my menu as I don’t like salmon or anything fish , that’s just my taste preference though it can’t take away the delicious food on the afternoon tea , unlimited tea was good too , got my cake boxed up to take away as was too full, husbands club sandwich was a generous helping so much so he could not finish it , overall was delicious

We enjoyed the fantastic terrace cakes and gourmet sandwiches. They can be offered as part of the afternoon tea if you wish. The prices are similar to other afternoon tea options in the area. Located in the West End, reservations are essential; otherwise, you'll have to wait for availability. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service. We would definitely re-book this place on our next visit to London.
