"To get to Jedermann from the center of Leipzig you take tram 7 in direction Böhlitz-Ehrenberg and get off at stop Wielandsstrasse, walk back about 100 meters and you will find the restaurant in Georg-Schwartz-Strasse 28 on the corner with Uhlandstrasse.Jedermann is furnished with old tables and chairs but seemed to be popular with the locals of all ages. Only one table was free when we got there at a quarter to eight in the evening. Today’s special offers were written on the board. The menu was all in German but was translated to English in one notebook that followed the exact order of the German menu.The two of us decided to try traditional Saxon food and ordered beef stew with red cabbage and semmelknödeln (made of bread). To go with that we opted for German beer. As a dessert we had a good serving each of cheese cake. The food was very well prepared and the price value really high as the total bill came to about 25 euros.Jedermann provides free w-lan, daily paper and some magazines. I urge you to try Jedermann for its tasty and well prepared food and for the prompt and friendly service."

"Waren schon häufiger zu Gast bei den Kartoffelfräuleins. Hier bekommt die Ofenkartoffel ihren ganz großen Auftritt-egal, ob als klassische Variante oder als ausgefallene Kreation. Und das zu einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei dem man auch als Mann satt wird. Einziges Manko: kein wirklicher "Gastraum" zum sitzen. Bei schönem Wetter jedoch draußen genug Plätze oder halt einfach mal was mit nach Hause nehmen.Dennoch uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung unsererseits!"

"I don't know where to begin since there are so many things coming together in making this an extraordinary place in the most positive way. Most important: the food, which is sooo unbelievably good! Everything is vegan, organic and freshly made. You can choose from so many options and combinations that it's hard to get tired of it with that kind of variety.The people who run the place keep on coming up with ideas and new stuff, not just foodwise but also in terms of events and ways to spend the evening. There is a very creative spirit and the atmosphere is relaxed, cosy and like a little hideaway. I like the openness, the mixture of people and that it's easy to get talking to other people.Besides that I love the concept of bringing chemistry and food together in this way. The prices are very affordable, especially when one keeps in mind that everything is organic and high quality food. You really get the feeling that it's not so much about the profit and that it's a rather prosocial approach. The team is warmly, inspiring, always up for a chat + a joke and they make you feel very welcome. I'm so grateful for this place!Well, I'm in love with Pizza Lab!"

"Das Kildare ist ein klassischer Irish Pub, wie man ihn aus jeder Stadt kennt. In kürzerer Vergangenheit war ich zwei Mal da - jeweils Montags zum Burgertag. Das erste Mal noch "versehentlich", das zweite Mal dann ganz bewusst ;-)Preise sind für Innenstadt-Verhältnisse normal, Essen war bislang immer sehr lecker und alle Bedienungen, die man getroffen hat, waren sehr sehr entspannt und freundlich - sogar als sich mal eben das Licht im hinteren Teil der Kneipe verabschiedet hat.Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall."

"I cannot understand the negative reviews. We always like to go to Maharani and this time the visit was a festival. The service is scary friendly, the food mega tasty and hot as well. Unlike other Indian restaurants in Leipzig city centre, this is worth a jewel, an absolute secret tip and every visit. It wouldn't be the last."
