Domino's Pizza - Carta

I ordered pizza online for a movie night and it arrived promptly with a warm welcome when I answered the door. The pizza was delicious and hot. I will definitely be ordering from Domino's again.

I had a bad pizza from the last time (February) so I went other places. I thought I will try again and it was worse. Very disappointed. Less topping as usual as well. So I will continue to go other places. One star rating is to much to give. 0 stars

This restaurant, unlike most Domino's locations, offers better quality and prompt delivery. While their prices are still high and the food can sometimes be sloppy, waiting for a deal makes it worth it. Overall, I was impressed with the quality and taste of their food, which is a rare occurrence for me when ordering from Domino's. Ver carta

We've had few orders in the past 4-5 months. Unfortunately it looks like due to low competition, Basingstoke Domino's branch is getting highly demotivated to cook just good domino pizza. Due to lack of offers we're paying more, but the quality of pizzas is getting worse every next time. I fear there might not be next time for me. Not in Basingstoke branch.

Why do kids insist on Domino's ???!!! They tempt you with 30% off deals etc......But it still adds up to well over £40 for a couple of pizzas, wedges £4 for a handful of wedges!!!!!!!!! and couple of sides!!!.....Yes, it arrived quite promptly, yes, it tasted nice apart from the sour taste of being ripped off! , plus the kids were happy!!!.......The only good thing!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered five pizzas, but each one had a poor quality center and lacked sufficient cheese despite requesting extra. The toppings were also quite minimal. This was not the first time we've been served such small portions, and it's simply unacceptable. Sorry, but you've earned the title of the most stingy with toppings. Please improve your quality as you may lose more customers - my family will not be returning. Ver carta

Went into empty Dominos where one guy was working. He was making pizzas and said to me he would be a minute. Another worker came out and told me to wait for him. He began putting stickers on boxes. I waited 5 minutes and the guy making pizzas finally finished, turned to me and said it would be 30 minutes because they were very busy. I asked the guy why he couldn't have told me this when I first walked in. He said he was busy. I said to him that he doesnt make pizzas with his mouth and could have told me about the big wait. I left.

The delivery driver who apparently has been in the local area of ages and does delivery as his profession could not find the address ,not even using gps. The delivery driver told me he would come back and try to deliver later but after 10 minutes i got a call from the branch i ordered from and was told apparently the driver could not find the address and was asked for directions at which point i decided cancelling the order was the best course of action. What a colossal waste of time. The delivery driver that attempted delivery was one Emmanuel the deliverer.

We ordered online with confirmation received at 6.45pm on Friday night fully expecting to wait 45-60 minutes for delivery as it was a weekend. We checked the online pizza tracking website regularly from 45 mins being advised food was ‘out for delivery’. After just over 1 hour tried to call which took 10 mins to get through (no automated messaging, just rang out then got disconnected) Got through (1 hr 20 mins now) being told pizza would be leaving in 10 mins, with me in 15, in contrast to what the website said. After another 15 mins tried to call again, same result taking an age to get through...now fully 1 hour 50 minutes since order placement! Told pizza not left, would be with us in 10-15... Ver carta
