"Ottimo ristorante, di gran classe e arredato con stile. Atmosfera magica e piatti preparati con cura e buonissimi. Servizio cordiale ed eccellente. Gentili e cordiali il personale dello staff, chef Giuseppe e maitre Giuseppe. Fantastic place and vibe! I wasnt expecting it ! Classy and elegant yet friendly and with great ambience. Love the service of Giuseppe ,so kind, professional and genuine ! To my surprise he speaks several languages including my mother tounge, Polish! Not mentioning fabulous food to die for prepared by fantastic Chef. 5 stars . The spaghetti assassina which is typical barese food is worth the visit. Will definitely come back."

"Food quality was there but they only offered the fork discount on the dishes on the menu. They one available online is different from the one you get there which is quite limited. They then have a board featuring chef’s special you can only order paying full price. They obviously did warn me and the other customers about this while taking the order but I find misleading attracting people saying you will offer a discount on the food to then saying it applies only to certain dishes. I’ve been using the fork for years and this is the very first time I’ve seen this happening. I’ve of course been to other restaurants having a specials off from their menu and they have never made such a distinction….It’s not a matter of price but about being genuine! They could have simply upped the price of the special and make it work…didn’t feel it was worth complaining with the staff about it. 3 out fo the 4 dishes we ordered were quite good. Service was a bit slow."

"Ritorno spesso in questa pizzeria durante l'anno, questa volta ho potuto provare un menu rinnovato con una lista davvero molto importante di pizze offerte. Interessante sicuramente la scelta di proporre delle pizze regionali abbinate a formaggi, salumi del territorio ma non sempre perfette. Combinazioni che a mio parere meritano di essere riviste anche nelle altre proposte in carta, come quella che ho assaggiato personalmente e che ho allegato in foto. Mi riferisco alla polvere di pomodoro (qui presente in scaglie e di certo non adatta per un condimento su pizza) e alla combinazione con gli altri ingredienti che per quanto siano indubbiamente di buona qualità e gustosi non li ho trovati cosi abbinabili. Anche l'impasto non era perfettamente lievitato nel cornicione, risultando davvero poco digeribile anche dopo una lunga camminata.!Come antipasto ho scelto di provare il pomo d'oro che invito caldamente a descrivere sul menu e a servire a una temperatura corretta e non da frigo. Invito anche ad ampliare la proposta birre in bottiglia con qualche altra etichetta almeno per bilanciare l'importante carta vini! I prezzi non sono esagerati come in altre pizzerie dello stesso livello ma doppia nota dolente la scelta di considerare un sovrapprezzo di un euro per una pizza nella versione rossa e ben quattro per una pizza con base senza glutine che a differenza degli impasti alternativi non è nemmeno segnata in menu. Decisamente non meritata questa aggiunta rispetto alla qualità offerta."

"We arrived early and found who I believe to be the manager having a pre service smoke outside. She was very friendly when it was clear that we were interested in the restaurant, which was recommended to us by our Masseria host. She spoke very good English and invited us in to view the menu (she also gave us English menus . We made it clear that my wife has celiac and can't eat gluten, and she said this was not a problem at all and that both pizza and pasta can be made gluten free. We decided to stay, based on that quality of service. Each table had 8 9 olive oils, which was wonderful because we didn't have time to do a proper tasting yet, however, I was brought bread and she was not. Our host rectified this immediately, seeing that she would miss out, and had the chef prepare some gluten free bread on the spot(! . We enjoyed tasting the different oils, each with our own bread, and my wife then ordered a gluten free pasta that wasn't even on the menu but that the chef was making special that night from fresh caught crustaceans and sea urchins. I had the Bitonto traditional codfish. Both were excellently prepared and presented (though still very hot when they reached the table! To start, we also had the octopus cooked in sauce and the Umbrian egg both cooked perfectly. It was a little expensive, but we enjoyed the food very much and as this was our honeymoon, we were willing to splurge a little. Had the prices been slightly lower, we would have had more courses."

"Come dal titolo, sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dell’esperienza culinaria da Vinicio. I piatti sono ben presentati è molto buoni. Eravamo in due, e abbiamo preso il tagliere di salumi e formaggi (anche per 3 persone), la mozzarella con parmigiana all’interno (da napoletana, veramente ottima), e le bombette con stracciatella e cime di rapa (quelle che meno mi hanno soddisfatta). Come primo abbiamo assaggiato i tortelloni ripieno di burrata, con salsa di rucola e patanegra, davvero davvero buoni. L’unica pecca di cui parlavo invece, riguarda l’obbligo di prendere per forza due primi identici al tavolo… Credo sia una policy che dovrebbe essere rivista, dato che il locale non è chissà quanto grande da dover soddisfare chissà quale numero di richieste… se si è in due (come noi) e uno dei due commensali non può o semplicemente non vuole un primo piatto intero, è un problema… e ci si deve per forza aggregare ad un primo ordinata da qualche altra tavolata in concomitanza con la propria richiesta… Comunque, nel complesso, 4 stelle meritate."
