Hatch burger was amazing as per usual, had molten wings as a side this time. Delicious but crazy spicy! Loved it

Heard of this place from tik tok, was coming to Edinburgh so booked lunch here, the food was absolutely amazing better than I ever expected

The dining experience was fantastic, as always. The music was a bit too loud, making it difficult to hear my friends, but overall, it was an excellent meal.

We go to this restaurant a lot and it never disappoints. At one time we tried another restaurant with similar food and we felt like we were cheating on down the hatch so decided never to cheat on DTH again. Ver carta

I had a big burger on a Wednesday, and it was half price, which made me very happy! The only downside was that the chips were a bit cold. However, the staff was attentive and on top of things. Overall, a great experience!

Food was great, service was good but a bit slow to start with.. The noise level was way too much though, we were sat right by a speaker which didn’t help but I did feel like everyone (us included) was having to shout to speak to the others at their table over the music.

Thoroughly enjoyed this. Having lived in Canada but not been back for a few years this was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars for it was that I found the gravy on the poutine a bit too thick for my liking and it was exceptionally salty. But this didn't dampen the experience. My Hatch burger was fantastic and even came in a gluten free bun which was fabulous for me, as lots of places do not offer this. I also love that you have Bellfield Pilsner on tap. I will definitely be coming again on my next trip to Edinburgh. Ver carta
