bagels are good, but for a lunchtime, daily, the rate is a little too expensive, especially to take away. the minimum price to eat at its end is 11/12 euros with the drink. Good but a little expensive.

small modern restaurant serving simple dishes but with quality and authentic products. young and courteous staff. It is an American-style restaurant but offers a much superior quality than fast food. Try!

I ordered several times at home via uber eats, the bagsels are delicious however there are 3j I have reordered, the deliveryman is staying not even 2 seconds, the time to descend it was already gone and no response via mobile. 10€ lost.

We ordered in delivery two bagel-burgers, a maboul with colslaw supplement and a dre ... the bagel bread was mellow and crispy ( almost as shown) and the meat was good in texture and taste and the bacon also very good. all the products were fresh, we enjoyed each other! a new address added to our notebook.

smiling and warm welcome, attentive and helpful staff. the products are fresh and generous, the result on burgels and bagels is good, crispy, tasty while remaining reasonable on calories (no mention of the calories of the fries) on the other hand the fries speak because they are perfect! desserts are home, fresh and good too, soups are simple and comforting, the salads I have not tasted are attractive. short as good, nice and good in the neighborhood by people in the neighborhood.

And since they don't answer any of my messages, I'd be hanging on tripadvisor. We order their burgels very regularly. The sandwich is very good in itself, except that after 7/8 orders, when you specify allergies on the rocket, it is unacceptable that every time you find a ton of rockets! You're already ready to blow your mouth or burgels in advance and it's gonna blow the restaurateur off? fortunately my allergic reactions are not serious. But never to respect the customer's requests and in addition to finding no excuse or commercial gesture for making the buckle at each order, I find it unacceptable when we put forward a quality of food and service.

HOW TO FIND - We found Dr. Auguste after leaving the Pere LaChaise cemetery, in the Belleville area of Paris. WHAT IT IS - Dr. Auguste is a clean, family friendly, sit-down or take-out casual eating establishment. Service was friendly and fast, they even spoke English with us when they recognized our accents and that we were struggling a bit with French. CONCEPT - Dr. Auguste has a great scheme. You choose your type of Bagel set-up (with salad or soup, with fries, with drink, with dessert, picking and choosing which ones you want), then you choose your bagel bread type (natural, onion, multigrain, etc), then you choose your toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, etc), then condiments/sauces, and so on...
