Dragon Palace - Carta

Really delicious, inexpensive meal! You can tell it is good quality ingredients too as did not leave us feeling rubbish night of or morning after. Was skeptical as saw mixed reviews online, but will certainly be going again.

We order takeout from this restaurant once a month. This time, we had the shredded beef on Saturday night which was a bit spicy and dry. Unfortunately, both my son and I experienced stomach issues afterwards and I am still feeling terrible stomach pain. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

This is probably the worst Chinese I have ever had all the meat has no texture flavour and the pork had gone off. Prawn crackers are stale a lot of the food tastes like it is weeks old cold on arrival and staffs were unhelpful when telling them we were not happy with the order DO NOT USE go to flaming Wok or Sunny Hill instead Ver carta

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff member is extremely rude. The deliveries are consistently delayed by hours, despite being promised a quick 10-minute delivery. It always ends up arriving more than 2 hours later, cold and flavorless. I suggest avoiding this establishment and trying the ones on Pirehill instead.

Tried here for the first time..And won 't be ordering again! My beef chow mein was bland...Stodgy and just not nice at all....my husband had special chow mein which he said was ok salt and pepper chips were the best part of the meal...Usually use Sunny Hill but thought we 'd try somewhere else...Will stick to our original takeaway...Not impressed with this Chinese at all!

WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE! I placed an order at 10:02pm, just before they closed at 10:30pm. They cancelled my order, claiming it was too far to deliver even though I selected collection. They showed a complete lack of care and professionalism, and now I'm out £54 that will be held for 5 days. The service was absolutely terrible and I will not be returning here. I recommend trying other Chinese restaurants such as Sunny Hill and Flaming Wok. Ver carta

Food took ages to come. We even got a message saying it was on its way, but when it didn't arrive after this message and wondering where our food was, we called the take away to ask where it was, the very rude man on the phone said I cannot ask my driver bye and put the phone down on us. 10 minutes later we had a notification saying there was a problem with our order and we now had to wait a further 45 minutes. In total the order took 2 hours to arrive.

I went regularly to Dragon Palace previously and really enjoyed the food. However, after the change in ownership never again! I ordered fried rice with tofu in chilli sauce. The tofu was absolutely inedible over cooked to the point it was rock hard throughout. I was hungry so removed the tofu and ate the few surrounding veggies and fried rice. The veg and sauce was edible just very salty though. The fried rice was ok. Maybe the cook was having a bad night .. but this is ‘hands down’ the worse Chinese meal I’ve ever had. If this is the typical food they serve… I’d suggest a change in career!!

Worst Chinese ever!! Meat was very fatty and tasteless prawns were over cooked and dry. We ordered 3 sauces BBQ , sweet and sour and satay all very runny consistency, the BBQ was tasteless the satay was just ok, the sweet and sour was edible but nothing special. The rice was ok. I had a four seasons with the oyster sauce and again no flavour what so ever. I only used this place because my regular was shut, I'll never be disloyal to my regular Chinese in stone again. Also extremely expensive for such poor quality!! Literally praying I don't get food poisoning. Absolutely shocking I don't think I've ever had a Chinese this bad I didn't eat most of because it was mostly inedible. Ver carta
