Please ignore the previous review about the bottled water charge, as it is clearly displayed on the front of the bottle. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive.

Food was lovely and there was plenty of it! Our server Riz couldn't be more accommodating from helping choose dishes, to allowing us to wait inside after they had closed for our taxi. All staff were very friendly Ver carta

We had the most delicious meal. This was my first time visiting the restaurant and I was very impressed. Simon recommended the special balti dish and it didn’t disappoint : really great service, and I felt very safe during these unprecedented times. I enjoyed some delightful food and would absolutely return!

I made a reservation for 3:30 PM but was seated at 4:10 PM. We received our starters at 5:00 PM and our mains at 5:30 PM. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly, as usual. However, I was very disappointed with the service on Christmas Day. The restaurant was extremely busy and overbooked, causing some customers to leave. My group of 4 had no other option but to stay as I had not done a Christmas shop. Despite the nice food, I will never dine out again for such an important occasion.

Having called to order a delivery for my wife, 5 year old son and myself I was informed the order would be 1 hour on NYE I felt this reasonable. Having then waited a further 1 hour 20 minutes (2 hours 20 minutes in total) I made several calls to be told my food was in its was this took a further 30 minutes and I only live 5 minutes away. It completely ruined our NYE and my son was disappointed having looked forward to this all day! If your busy I understand lying about when the food is coming is not acceptable! Ver carta

Went on Saturday night . Before I had taken my coat off they were asking what I wanted to drink. I asked for a jack rabbit wine priced £4 , husband wanted water . Brought my wine no water ,so opened the bottle water on table all tables had water bottles on) only after opening the water did I see the little label that said open me £3.95 … what a rip off !!!! Food was ok nothing special !! When bill came was charged £9.20 for drinks … someone can’t add up … Won’t go there again .. will stick to the balti cottage down the road … much better service !!! Food fantastic !!!! And you don’t get Ripped Off

This restaurant is located close to our home and we had never visited before, so we decided to give it a try. We have been to many Indian restaurants over the years, so we have a good idea of what we enjoy. The poppadoms were shaped like pyramids rather than flat, which we did not particularly like. The food itself was not as spicy as we would have preferred, and it was served at a lukewarm temperature. Fortunately, we did not have to wait long for our food, as we visited on a Sunday night when it was not very busy. Unfortunately, the restaurant lacked atmosphere and some people may not enjoy dining there. Overall, we probably would not return to this restaurant. Sorry.

Went august 18th Sarter was very nice what you would expect that's were the experience was good after that was disapointing Wife had special biriani was a large portion of rice with what looked like scraps of meat in stead of portion Of meat not one single prawn in the dish very little sause to go with the rice all for £11 95 I had madras curry was ok had better had worse 5 out of 10 I had rice to go with it was cold not even warm waited 5 mins for my nan bread and a further two minutes for a portion of chips Waited till half way through meal before I got new cuterlry Had used first lot on Sarter myself and my wife used a spoon to eat meal My wife did not get any clean cutlery at all would I...
