"We were walking back to our hotel after a long day and this was nearby and not busy, so we went in. The atmosphere is very casual, although the menu is a bit fancier than you might expect. On the main tourist drag, they charge accordingly. We had duck and a local fish. the food was good. The service was somewhat rude, as if they couldn't wait for us to be done and out of there. Perhaps they were just as tired as we were."

The food was lovely; large servings and arrived quickly. staff were delightful although atmosphere was a bit dead and cooperate feeling although this was expected for a Tuesday lunch. Will definitely return when returning to berlin

Popped in here one night without a reservation and was seated immediately without a reservation. Our waiter was very accommodating and a little flamboyant but friendly nonetheless. The food were well proportioned and well presented. Had the Gravalax salmon and French onion soup to start. Followed by the chicken. Ver carta

We dropped in for breakfast - choices were limited but nice (menu is focused on French and German cuisine), our food was good (ham & eggs & the continental Petit Dejeuner Paris) and service was fine - staff was helpful although not very friendly. We liked the atmosphere - sort of like a Paris bistro - prices were a tad high perhaps because of the location. Recommend

I was with a big group celebrating a team success booked at Dressler. Spirits were high as we meet once per year from more than 10 countries around the world. The meal was average - nothing special at all - but we were struck by the increasing rudeness of one of the waiters who literally shouted at some of my colleagues. Suffice it to say that we left rather abruptly.
