"Our bad food in France. Maybe. At the end of July 2021, we dined in Le Bel Minervois. While the courtyard had a nice ambience, this is the only thing we can recommend about this restaurant. Our family of 5 tried various appetizers, entrees and desserts, and all were inconspicuous and badly made. The steaks were a terrible, gristful cut, and the flavors for each dish were not pleasant. To complete everything, this meal was also our most expensive of all the places we ate. We enjoyed a much better meal for less in the Michelin played Chantovent in the beautiful surroundings of Minerve. It was such a bad culinary experience that it became a constant joke of our trip at least it's not Le Bel Minervois! etc. This was such a disappointing and expensive abuse that we felt that we had to warn others, especially because there are so many other positive reviews. Maybe the new management is? There are many other delicious restaurants in this area instead of exploring."

We avergnats spent a pleasant time the excellent cuisine the pleasant and smiling waitress the attractive rates we highly recommend the short back is shaded and quiet. We are not accustomed to leaving comments but when everything is well, we must know that as a merchant's word.
