"I think Dulfsbürger is the best Burger shop in Hamburg. You also get a table relatively fast. But take your time, because you cannot reserve here and in the evening you have to min. Wait 30 minutes. A star trigger like I ate here with a few, and we had to wait almost 2 hours on a table and the operation made a head to put the stroller somewhere as if the nights were up. They had to wait 30 minutes. The taste of citizens is incomparable. I sometimes get myself going to the burger, eating the Mac and the cheese and not always taking care of the burger. The staff is friendly."

Burger also to take away super delicious very recommended. We go back and forth every time more than 30km to eat Burger, which is no longer possible due to the Corona pandemic, but after Lockdown we will come back!

Super delicious only to recommend. Unfortunately you cannot reserve and we had to wait 30min until a table was released for us, which unfortunately was right at the door and it was quite cold. But the food was great and that's why we came.

Very good burgers, perfect pommes and delicious sauce. It is necessary to bring some patience and possibly wait in the snake in front of the restaurant, because it cannot be reserved. But waiting is definitely worth it!! Friendly and competent service!

In my opinion, there are the best burgers in Hamburg. The slightly higher price is definitely worth the food. Anyone who loves Burger must try. Super friendly staff. Once you have reached a place, the waiting times for food remain within limits. Waiting for a table really takes time. Reservation is not possible. The great food is the waiting time, but definitely worth it! Ver carta

We were there at Coronazeit. The staff is really super nice and fits very much on hygiene. You have to schedule a bit of waiting time (about 20 minutes). The tables stand so that there is sufficient distance and in addition a "spuck/sight protection would be set up. There are also tables with heat lamps outside. The food came fast and was delicious. Price/performance is great and we go back there! Thank you.

The Burger is unfortunately the best in Hamburg. The quality of the meat in relation to the price ratio is simply too good. The burger is juicy also the supplements and drinks are really very good. I must take a point, it is completely incomprehensible and not contemporary that you do not reserve. The specific form of hype to get that is because the people above is quite cool, but the demand for the business is no different to steal from a reservation system people only no time

The best man I ever had. The service was attentive, not a long waiting period. The creature totally knocked me over. Delicious bread, nice fluffy brioche. Three really horny pattys of delicate minced meat. Medium was rarely desired and was also perfectly achieved with two of three Pattys. The sauces have wonderfully harmonized and the tasteful overall picture rounded and perfected. I'm not telling the bacon. The egg was at the top, slightly runny and in the protein firm and slightly crispy at the edges. 10/10 Ver carta

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
