I don’t usually do this but... Yesterday me and a friend bought 2 portions of Jerk Chickens.. They were charcoaled on the outside and undercooked in the inside. The rice, was tasteless and the beans were overcooked.. Both portions went into bin. Ver carta

The chicken was charcoal outside and under cooked on the inside. Ordered a large curry goat , and got bones instead and no goat. 1 out of 10 absolutely disgusted . Called back to complain they didn’t even aswer. Won’t be ordering from here again.

It's run by a local cooking legend Luke, how made and cooked Caribbean BBQ and sauces with quality reggae music playing. Really friendly and always had a good meal, I buy the sauce to use at home. This is proper Brighton style, alternative and excellent.

I met Luke today whilst walking into Brighton. He is one of the most genuine and funniest guys going! He kindly shared with me some of his delicious jerk chicken, I will definitely order from his place again. As well as selling awesome food he also gives great advice! Ver carta

I liked the girl who served here I didnt like the food served to me because it tasted like it had preservatives in it it had been charcoaled on the bbq and was very dry had no chilli kick as well, ...... in short, this is not authentic carribean cooking sorry, but i think you get your mates to give you reviews on tripadvisor

Immediately catches your eye walking by and with good reason. You see this little shack with two giant smoking grills out front in a little parking space between to buildings and think what is this? What awaits you is excellent food, excellent music and the most excellent manager. We hung out for ages after our meal just chatting about life the universe and everything. A genuinely unique, authentic and beautiful spot. Anyone interested in a genuine experience should absolutely try this one out. Luke, brother, keep doing your thing!

I never write reviews. In fact this is my first. No words can describe how brilliant this place is. Authentic and extraordinary is an understatement. I just want to say for starters how great and genuine Luke is. An incredible down to earth guy Interacting talking on a deep level and just showing me around the place. Not to forget the smokers he incorporates with his honest food That leaves such a great taste which I just desire in food. The food just speaks for its self. Cannot go wrong with the jerk pork. The sauces were all fresh and delicious and just an amazing accompaniment. I’ve been to other places and Luke, you blew them out of the water. Something different which you do and they do... Ver carta
