"Patis lost his touch. More than a slipper. We had booked to the Jamie Cullum concert the dinner offered to the concert by Patis ' e Vitrum via email. In the email there was no need to start the dinner. The concert started at 20:00; Admission was announced at 18:00. So we were already there 17:30, as if we were quick to go with the food (but 4 course menu, could have pushed another walk or cocktail. We were the first guests. But a few more came later. It took 5 min to a waitress came to bring the card, another 5min for a glass of champagne and water and then 15 min for a plate with 4 slices of dry bread (for what? . So far so good. Other guests arrived at the restaurant. Around 18:15 there had been something filled and another waitress began to distribute starters at tables next to us who had come much later. Then came Mr Patis, talking to guests at two tables right next to ours and brought them the starters shortly afterwards. Our table was empty. Around 18:30 waitresses began to spread soup at tables where the starters were cleared. We still thought it might be vegetarian food. But when that went so far against 18:45, we spoke to another waitress who had thought our champagne and learned that we had been forgotten. When we said this to our waitress and pointed out that we already had approx. 75 minutes were there and would also like to eat, came as an answer that the dinner should begin in 18:30... but it would hurry. The starter came. The game with the delays was unfortunately repeated at the soup, which then probably came up against 19:15. We were already a bit disappointed but still relaxed. Mr Patis went to the tables he had brought the food himself at that time; Unfortunately, he also ignored the service. So we had eaten start and soup and waited for the main dish, which was not on the table until 19:30. So Weir asked another waitress again. This said you'd hurry. The main court came against 19:40. We've eaten relatively fast and I've gone to the vaults to pay. This also took longer than necessary, as although the waitress operating there (the one from our table ... and the drinks sold to guests in a snake had asked for my wish and moment said. I stood next to her and waited. When she still had no bill for me after she had served 4 5 drinks, I spoke to another waitress who did this in 2min. In the meantime it was 19:50. I took my wife off the table so we could get to the concert in the glass factory (around the corner). We had to dispense with the new Dessert for reasons of time. I have never experienced so bad service, so bad timing at a well-known schedule and so much ignorance in a restaurant of supposedly high quality. The food: appetizer salmon cream boring soup asparagus to salty main game very good dessert unknown The concert started on time at 20:05. Some guests came with us (without Dessert, others came here at the beginning of the concert. It was just embarrassing that it had come. Sorry no one. Patis has lost his touch. More than a slip. For the Jamie Cullum concert, we had booked the dinner offered by Patis ' e Vitrum via email for the concert. The email did NOT say when the dinner was supposed to start. The concert started at 8:00 p.m. sharp; Admission was announced at 6:00 p.m. So we were already there at 5:30 p.m., because if the food is quick (but a 4 course menu , you could have added a walk or a cocktail. We were the first guests. But a little later, a few less more came. It took 5 minutes for a waitress to bring the menu, another 5 minutes for a glass of sparkling wine and water and then 15 minutes for a plate with 4 slices of dry bread (for what? . So far so good. At this time Mr. Patis kept going to tables the which he had brought the food himself; He ignored other guests so the service. So we had eaten starter and soup and were now waiting for the main course, which wasn't on the table until 7:30 p.m. So Weir asked another waitress again. She said they would hurry up. The main course came around 7:40pm. We ate relatively fast and I went to the counter to be on the safe side to pay. So this took longer than necessary, as even though the waitress serving there (the one from our table...and selling the drinks to guests in a queue had asked what I wanted and said wait a minute. When she still didn't have a bill for me after she had served 4 5 drinks guests, I spoke to another waitress, who did it in 2 minutes. It was now 7:50 p.m. I picked my wife up from the table so that we could get to the concert in the Transparent Factory (around the corner in time. We had to do without the dessert paid for in the newer restaurant due to time constraints.
