"Yesterday I made an order on the website at 8pm for delivery estimated at 8h50. 20h55 still no one, so I call the restaurant that doesn't find my order with my name but finally finds it with my first name???? , and who announces to me that they will have a little delay, I ask how long, we don't know how to answer, I'm just told we're waiting for the deliveryman. No excuse. 9:30 p.m. we recall the restaurant that tells us that the delivery just left, I actually get a text message to tell me that my order is being delivered at the same time. I'm told I'm reminded to tell me where the delivery man is. I've never been called back. No excuse. The pounder arrived at 9:45 of course the hot dishes were cold. No excuse. I find it absolutely unacceptable. That we are late I can understand it, that consequently the dishes come cold I can understand it, but after having had 3 different exchanges we have absolutely no excuse for an order that has been 1 hour late I can't understand it. It was the second time I ordered there and we had already had problems the first time. So I think it will be the last time for us because in any case the value/price ratio does not deserve that we want to face such problems again."

I loved the sushi, we took a varied tray I loved them all. I also ordered chicken noodles I didn't like. The reception was top and the service also I recommend. A big bravo to Chief Ahmed.

We were given a diversified meal according to the people who were at home... They loved and still claim... the fresh salmon wrap was a delight and the products are fresh and very good quality gustative!

I order via a delivery platform. Arrival scheduled 20:25.. 21h we call the restaurant that tells us that it is scheduled at 20:54. All right. Wait, we're waiting. 9:30 p.m. the pounder turns out to be a flower by telling my spouse that the address is not the right. It's funny because it's the only delivery guy who doesn't find my address, I have to specify the name of my residence in the delivery address. Not even an excuse for her delay. Nothing. And all this to eat infect sushi.

Lamentable. Command delivered non-compliant. I immediately call the restaurant that acknowledges its error and tells me that I have already issued a second order, in accordance with this one. Not only did she never arrive but in addition the restaurant then faded on the pounder (an outside service provider) that was there for nothing since the restaurant simply mixed two orders. In total, I paid 26 euros for a bowl of noodles not terrible. Zero commercial sense and customer. To avoid!

Disappointed with the arrogant and contemptuous management welcome, he insulted my wife as a thief while he was the one who was wrong in the bill for 5€! the manager has made no excuse for this error and rejects the fault on my wife is a shame! The atmosphere is cold and much too much Uber passage, the tele that sounds constantly and the door that remains wide open, the servers are missing they are too concerned about the deliveries and they neglect the service at table. Hello, what a disappointment for my lunch break. I've made my order that has been delivered incomplete, I call the restaurant immediately to report the lack of sauce (paying), the person on the phone promises me delivery in the 5 minutes... I accept but no later because after I have no time to eat (and yes everyone has no 2 hours for lunch), 12 minutes after, still no sauce I remind to say that it's no longer my meal The error is human and I can understand it, but having an an annoyed person who presents himself as a manager, in front I say no, it is not acceptable. To your good hearer and I prefer to go to a competitor now.

Eat Sushi is sushi but not that... If we have never been disappointed on food and taste, they are of a rather hallucinating organization!!! Unable to respect a schedule whether it's in delivery or in order to carry... it's systematically 1/2 hours late at least... We go there regularly and not once they have been one-time. Unable to manage customer accounts either... error in the spelling of names, creation of multiple accounts, which makes that when an error in the order is made and they agree to correct it the following time, ben we do not find the commitment on the account because it was put on another... Brief... the meal yes, the rest no.!

"Le dimanche, nous n’étions pas à la fête !!!Service à table décevant : le personnel n’est pas attentif au client.En effet, à l’apéritif, il a fallu demander l’accompagnement au responsable qui a reconnu un oubli.Nous étions 8 personnes et 6 prenaient du Champagne mais quand l’accompagnement arriva c’était une tartine sans garniture !!! Le champagne à 55€ la bouteille et non à 45€ comme indiqué sur le site était servi sans le seau à champagne malgré notre demande. De plus, 6 personnes souhaitaient le champagne mais la serveuse à rempli les verres au maximum et après le 4ème verre, il a fallu commander une 2ème bouteille pour satisfaire notre demande !!! Cela est un manque de professionnalisme flagrant car par convention une bouteille correspond bien à 6 verres soit 12,5 cl par verre. Pour garder la fraicheur de la 2ème bouteille, celle-ci a été reprise pour la mettre provisoirement au réfrigérateur et resservie à l’initiative du serveur, satisfait d’avoir garantie la fraicheur bien supérieure à un seau avec de la glace selon son affirmation !!! Le service à la carte est déplorable car c’est le serveur qui propose les plats sans la possibilité de tout visualiser. Une ardoise existe sur un mur situé à 5 mètres de notre table et difficilement lisible due à l’écriture petite et de plus parasitée par des reflets. En entrée, le foie gras du « mezze » était fondant et manquait de consistance.En plat principal, la bavette était couverte d’une sauce fortement épicée.En dessert, l’attente était enfin récompensée pour les 8 convives.Tout ce qui précède a été évoqué à la personne responsable de la salle et des commandes lors du règlement de l’addition.Sa réponse sur chaque commentaire était : « vous avez raison »."
