A delicious roast with all the trimmings that was tasty, hearty and satisfying. Finished with a nice pear and polnta cake and quality coffee. Definitely a place to return to for the quality, ethical food and friendly service.

As a non-vegan, I was hesitant to commit one of my Sunday roast meals to a vegan experience. I can honestly say I will look forward to coming back here many more times. The food was phenomenal, great hospitality, and a very warm, homey atmosphere.

recommend Sunday dinner. the meal was excellent. beautiful mix of sweet, which tasted fantastic. the staff was very attentive and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed. a trip to the hills of the city. then they leave the gravity the hard work for the return on a full.

Lovely little cafe/brunch spot with friendly staff and an excellent playlist. Amazing garlicky mushrooms. Tasty cakes. HEARTY portions. Would recommend booking if you have your heart set on popping in at a busy time as I felt quite lucky to get a table when I went 11ish on a Saturday.

Ticking all our ethical boxes. EYG is very inclusive insomuch as it's vegan and predominantly gluten free. Today we thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday roast. It's a banger of a feast, very filling and creative. Excellent dessert and a coffee to sign off in style. Booking ahead is strongly recommended.

eyg has vegan restaurants since one because put on the map and the standards are as high as ever. After we were previously for the Sunday roast, we decided to try the Friday evening meal club option. it wasn't disappointed. taste and texture. colorful. only the correct amount of umami healthy. mainly organic. local sources. I hope the photos make it fair.

The food at EYG is always superb! As we enjoyed their divine weekend brunch offerings, I overheard some patrons at a neighboring table remark that if every vegan restaurant was this good, they would make the switch to fully vegan. We ordered a Beasty, Demi Beasty, and a gluten-free Goldy Lox. Their carrot lox is seriously next level. The bottom line is, they do things with vegetables that are so scrummy, it's imperative that you try it if you are going to be anywhere near the Southwest of England!

absolutely amazing vegan and gluten-free roast. that was my first time at eyg, but not least. the food was delicious and the service was first class. really friendly atmosphere and beautifully decorated place. they are really aware of allergens, so the roast was nut-free (made with spelling). I found the price-performance ratio was absolutely excellent, with frying costs £14 everyone, side flower cabbage was £4.50 to the roast they need to book a table that I just found, just by messaging on instagram. I will definitely be back and not wait to try her breakfast too. Oh, and they are also dog friendly.
