I was able to make a reservation through the website, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed!

excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. eating was good to enjoy, but the milkshakes were for dying! would go again!

The food was greeat, wasn't a long way for it either. You have to think about what you buy because it is very fulling, so its's definitely worth the price. Ver carta

Terrible experience—overpriced and low-quality food. Our meals were handed to us over a barrier. I have nothing positive to say about this place and will never go back.

Food was ok . No Budweiser and no cheese cake so a little disappointing. Had a 50% off food voucher , if not would have been an expensive dinner. Toilets are far too far from the restaurant.

this last minute for a birthday breakfast booked for partner. the food came in good time and for the greatest part was beautiful. my only thing is that the waffles bought dessert waffeln and not made fresh and I would like to have American hath kartoffeln. delicious food well made and super service Ver carta

Great meal with even better service. Food was really lovely and not bad value overall. Drinks (beers) were a little pricey at nearly £4.50 for a small bottle! Our waiter was fantastic, really friendly and added to the experience. It’s a little distracting with shoppers walking past as you eat, but you could argue that adds to it! Overall really impressed and will definitely be visiting again soon.

have to say the food was incredible. Service was great. However it took half an hour for our food to arrive. Also the jukeboxes on the table??? what are the purposes of these? I put money in them and nothing worked?? I asked the waitress and she said 'nah they don 't work ' and rushed off before I could say anything. They look nice for show but when you got a sign that says put money in surely they should work. Maybe have a sign that says display purposes only?!

I'm not in a position to give a proper review based on my recent experience. When we arrived, we were informed that there was no cook available that day, so we wouldn't be able to have breakfast. We had made this reservation in advance since we traveled to Birmingham for an event at the NEC. It was my mother's birthday, and we decided to arrive early to meet friends for breakfast before slowly making our way to the event. I am very disappointed that, despite having a booked table, no one thought it necessary to let us know in advance that we wouldn't be able to dine at the restaurant.
