"the cortina is probably one of the oldest eiscafés in a carnival. right at the ring, at the zülpicherplatz, the probably largest turning and narrowing point of the carnival nightlife, the caffeine has its residence. the prefabricated outdoor terrace is filled in summer to the last place and nowhere can you get better ice than here. one sits, with a view of the plant owners covered, next to a speciality in the carn with background, - upstream taxi place as in the log, sees left into the heart-Jesu church and just the ring where the traffic push two way through. the ice is homemade, the card huge with all ice creams they want. casata, coupe melba, raspberry ziton sorbet, a huge cup of ice cascafé ́, big or small mixed with seeing they just want to cost everything and I almost managed it once. after that I was almost broke, because what does not cost is, as is known, nothing; Friday evening sitting here in the late evening sun, watching people and celebrating with friends before they go to the night, because this is the cortina right. Of course, in the 2 last few years the quality is somewhat neglected, the profit is now becoming increasingly important and since most guests also do not have the best taste buds that are destroyed by too much chili, it does not notice. Nevertheless, this position is around, and offers more than just to sit in the ice. ."

Very high quality on ice. Very good portions and fair prices for Cologne. The staff is on zack. It's still such a real Italian ice cream jelly. I'll be happy to be back.

I went there as a little kid, when die "deutsche Mark" was the currency and you could get an ice cream cone for some "Groschen." Still the best ice cream at a reasonable price with such a huge selection of sundaes that one has to come back.

beautiful ice to a doofen location. here you can eat delicious ice cream or drink a coffee. Unfortunately, both are not really comfortable with the noise on the ring. They cannot even sit outside because the exhausts feed the air. really bad. Ver carta

I was a couple of friends in the beautiful ice cream. there is really a wonderful egg map, no dream remains incomplete. there is only one egg that is even better in the cold. (more on the occasion: the photos are new and up-to-date by juli 2011.

nanu, not yet a contribution to ice cream cortina, which is very central to the cülpicher market. then we want to change that. my better half and I were in the ice cream to drink cappuccino and a coffee. the service was not unfriendly, but also not overwhelmed, and since the drinks quickly came to our table, after this time was not so, among other things the toilets were clean, there are of me three good current prices: cappu 2,30 €, cup coffee 2,10 €.

"In a 5-day stay in Cologne and as a lover of Indian cuisine, we had planned the Ginti. The visit took place on Monday to the beginning of noon. The reception was very friendly and cordial by the Lord of the House. The decor in Ginti is very modern, stylish, but also somewhat sterile and only very discreet supplements with Indian accessories. Young guests will probably find favors in the style of the institution. The place was still empty and so there was a chance to get a brief conversation with the mistress of the house. She brought us the menus, and there were Papadam with three from a culinary point of view pretty boring finished dives. We chose both a mango sauce as a drink that was thin and most likely prepared on the basis of a mango powder. Disgusting! I ordered as main dish Malai Kofta, vegetable balls in a mild curry sauce with ginger, garlic, almonds and coconut. This is not only one of my favorite Indian dishes, but it is also a dish that places higher requirements on a kitchen and therefore cannot be found in any Indian restaurant on the menu. In addition, quality and freshness can be well valued with this bowl. I ordered this dish with a higher sharpness, but not through the sauce, but ultimately through the vegetable balls themselves. The latter were produced excellently and their loose inner composition had the freshness of the preparation felt. This was undoubtedly a 5-star court. My accompaniment had opted for Tandoori King Prawn Masala, marinated royal cloves from Tandoor in a sauce with tomatoes, cashew nuts and raisins. This dish was also very tasty, rather mild and very generous in the number of shrimps. The rice was served unfavorably on an open bowl and had to measure any fragrance and aroma that could originate from cardamom capsules or spice cloves. After the main dishes were convinced, we were curious about the Indian ice cream, Kulfi. This came visually well over a carrot cut into slices, but could not be along tasteful. It was crystallized, little creamy and the aromas of the aforementioned mango powder were reappeared. Conclusion: a highly recommended Indian restaurant due to the excellent main dishes, but not yet matured in its culinary periphery. Therefore, provisionally three stars with an inclination to four."
