Nevertheless, you don't have to wait long for eating, and it will be possible to see whether this will remain so when the gas room is completely replaced. the dips presented at the beginning are really refined, very tasty and stand out clearly from the usual all kinds of Spanish tapas bars (knoblauch, garlauch and again garlauch). the then served tapas are excellently seasoned, the meat is very delicate and the sauces are correspondingly differentiated. the wine selection is small, but fine and will be gradually expanded according to the owner. the same applies to the offer of digestifs. the ambiente is very friendly and kitsch-free; the operators are characterized by a constrained and at the same time warm-hearted friendliness. the el fulano is a further kulinaric interesting and hopefully lasting enrichment for the one on the other."
