Intenté entrar para cenar el domingo por la noche, 28 de mayo de 2023. Estaba completamente lleno y no había posibilidad de conseguir mesa. Regresé el miércoles 31 de mayo y tuve una cena magnífica con un servicio amable y profesional. Lo recomendaría altamente.

Esta noche fui a degustar vino en lugar de cenar. Fue una buena elección. Este lugar tiene un ambiente agradable, pero el vino de los viñedos locales es absolutamente fantástico. Tienen una gran selección de Rioja. Además, los aperitivos como la selección de jamón y queso hacen que el mundo sea más hermoso.

Tuvimos pulpo con puré de patatas, una melodía de mariscos y pan de tomate. El pulpo y el puré de patatas estaban buenos; el pulpo, en particular, fue excelente. El puré de patatas tenía un buen sabor, pero estaba un poco salado. La melodía de mariscos también tenía un gran sabor, aunque también un poco salado. El pan de tomate estaba bastante bueno. El personal fue genial y muy paciente con nosotros, ya que hablamos inglés. En general, es un buen lugar para comer, uno al que me veo regresando en el futuro.

We arrived early and managed to get a table without booking. We saw lots of people after us turned away as it was full. The food was really, really good. You are paying for quality here rather than quantity, that is reflected in the price . The wine menu was also extensive and the prices so much cheaper than the UK. What lets the place down is service. I don’t know if they were short staffed but they didn’t have enough waiting staff for the number of tables. I spent around 15-20 minutes trying to catch anyone’s eye to get our bill. And we resorted to physically waving our card and the bill in the air for 5 minutes to pay it as we’d failed again in catching anyone’s eye. A real shame as it en...
