Gran servicio y calidad alimentaria. Lugar pequeño para los locales. No verás muchos turistas en esta zona. Camarones, Calamari y mariscos pállela deben degustar platos.

Fuimos a almorzar a este restaurante, ubicado en un lugar tranquilo cerca del centro de la ciudad. Pedimos la Paella Valenciana, ¡que estaba absolutamente deliciosa y definitivamente la recomendaría!

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente. Pescado fresco para elegir, ambiente muy amigable, buen vino y buenos consejos. La camarera solo habla español, ¡pero el cocinero incluso habla holandés! Sin duda, un lugar al que ir.

Los primeros son muy buenos, y la Paella fue probablemente la mejor de toda Valencia! Tenemos starters paella valenciana y una Sangria a 30 euros. El mismo orden en el centro de la ciudad es de unos 45e. ¡Muy buen personal!

Estarías como un amigo muy acogedor. Una pareja que posee este restaurante están enamorados de su restaurante. Pequeños detalles en la mesa, flores frescas (diferentes cada día) te hacen sentir como en casa. El plato principal lo puedes ver antes de cocinarlo por el chef, simplemente te lo muestra en el refrigerador. Las porciones son muy grandes. Así que debes pensarlo dos veces antes de pedir un entrante junto con un plato principal; Si vives en esa zona o visitas la Ciudad de las Artes, por favor ve a este lugar para almorzar. Árboles, sombra, comida española y te conviertes en como un ciudadano.

I so wanted to like this place it's just around the corner from our apartment and has got a really quirky feel about it chalk board menus, beer selections and fresh fish. However, the food didn't deliver. We ordered swordfish and sole, both of which were cooked and presented the same way griddled with dill sprinkled all over and served with a burnt aubergine slice, limp looking broccoli and greasy fries that were too over cooked to pick up with your fork. The fish was fresh and tasty but the lack of care with everything else that accompanied it was disappointing. Nice couple running it and pleasant atmosphere but the food needs to be better.

Long time we had paella but never from famous Valencia. In Valencia we looked for authentic and good paella. We came to el Rey Chico. The interior is like in a old house some would call is authentic other lack of design. We had starter with tomato and tuna and of course ordered and paella. Our expectations where high of course. The place is run by a couple and seem to have love for their work. When the paella came it looked great but the deception followed was even bigger. We toke the spoon from one side to the other and didn’t even fill the spoon the paella was so thin we could almost see the bottom hardly enough for two people and not even big eaters.
