"very bad experience what a Michelin star restaurant should be. I cleaned my own drinks at the table, no one came to the table and asked if we needed anything. I ordered a cheese plate, no explanation of what was on my teller. then ready for the calculation: the very unkind and rude waitress was not willing to take any feedback we gave her about our bad experiences. according to her, it is normal that they wait to offer someone a welcome drink until everyone sits on the table and it is normal that they take care of the table and no explanation is given on the cheese plate. not even mentioning something here about the very bad service we received when sitting here as guests. my wife, my son and I are very gastronomic and we travel the world that eats in Michelin star restaurants. we know what we can and cannot expect. it is about their guests feeling at home and treating people with respect and respect. something that the staff of the restaurant el serbal still needs to learn."
