We were four guests at the Elisenhof restaurant today. We all tasted fantastic. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. We decided to celebrate a round birthday there and therefore had a conversation with the cook. He has advised us very well and made very nice suggestions for the menu. We look forward to the festival.

After an annoyance first occurred because the telephone-guaranteed menu was not available, the staff reacted very well and put together an alternative menu that made us very happy. That and the service were as always excellent, with perhaps the restriction that my medium rare steak was no bit rougher than the medium steak of my tablemates.

The breakfast buffet is all right, in addition, you can also get some eggs, waffles or pancakes from the kitchen. During our visit it was very full, there were several large groups there. If these had fallen over the buffet, they were unfortunately standing in front of empty agitators or empty orange juice carafes, but they were also refilled on demand. Gutes Restaurant mit leckeren Speisen, vor allem die Tagesgerichte kann man empfehlen. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt auch. Der Eingang ist eben Erdig und Behinderten gerecht, vor der Tür befindet sich genügend Parkplätze für PKW und Behinderte Menschen. Auch das dazu gehörige Hotel kann man nur empfehlen, ich habe mich sehr Wohl gefühlt und komme bei meinen nächsten Besuch gerne wieder.

Die Bedienung ist freundlich, aber scheinbar nicht vom Fach. Zum Beispiel wurde mein Wunsch nach einem Laktose freien Essen nicht verstanden. Es wurde lediglich die Kräuterbutter durch eine (nach fertig Sauce schmeckende) Pfeffer Sauce ersetzt. Als Vorspeise wurde Brot mit Kräuterbutter gebracht, für mich also nur trocken Brot. Das Essen selbst war ganz gut, aber für den Preis von 30 Euro hätte ich etwas mehr Qualität (vor allem bei den Beilagen) erwartet. Auch die Portionsgrösse war nicht ausreichend um satt zu werden.
