"I guess you review the restaurant and the camping at one place! Camping: The camping place was super sweet. We were lucky and got a spot right by the water with a beautiful view of both the lake and the church. Did you guys know that the church bells right every hour throughout the night? oh and at 5am (or 6am not sure they ring continuously for 5 minutes? You didn't? We also didn't, but now we do. Wow. That's all I gotta say. Somehow I'm not deducting a star though, because I don't think the camp grounds can help it but just be aware!!! It's a beautiful place and I'd actually still choose to come back and camp again but I'd be sure to bring headphones/ear plugs. ; Restaurant: We were lucky because we didn't have a reservation but I think we went early enough that we could get one of the free tables. That tends to happen when you hike for so long you don't mind eating dinner at 5:30. The wait staff was quite nice and the beer was good. We also both chose to share fischknusperli and rösti with vegetables. The meal was delicious."

"Liebes Wetterhorn Team,DANKE FÜR DIESES ERLEBNIS! Ich durfte letzten Samstag Abend das Ambiente die Herzlichkeit und das leckere Essen mit meinen Freunden, Kerzenlicht und vielen anderen tollen Menschen geniessen. Für mich ein magisches Haus mit ganz viel Kraft und Liebe zum Detail. Egal wo du stehst mach die Augen auf überall findest du wieder eine spannende Überraschung. Am Abend zum Dinner das 4 Gang Überraschungsmenü inkl. Konzert und Käseplättli im Eventraum serviert für CHF 124.00 Absolut mega! Kein Dosenfutter!!! Frisch, regional und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.... zu jedem Produkt seine Geschichte! Das Personal gibt Auskunft, wenn du wissen willst von wo der Salat kommt... Zum Dessert noch einen Heuschnaps und ab auf die Tanzfläche... Mach dir selber ein Bild es lohnt sich, so ein Haus musst du suchen....Cheers"

"We each ordered a coffee and a sheet cake of plums with cream and apricots with cream and a scoop of caramel ice cream. Unfortunately the ice cream was on the wrong plate and that's why I rate the service 2 stars less because we didn't get what we wanted as we ordered. But the cake was very tasty and homemade."

"We went to the Waldegg for something to eat today and unfortunately I had a short black hair in my salad. It can happen, but I 've lost my appetite and wanted to return the salad, almost untouched. Unfortunately, the boss was very uncooperative with the words The chef has no hair . That didn 't change the fact, because we don 't have short black hair on our heads either. The boss wanted to be intimidating and immediately confronted us about what our problem was. But I only had the right to eat something that was impeccable. Since I hardly touched the salad, I didn 't want to pay for the salad either. I was turned away because: the chef has no hair at all. The service was still trying, boss unfriendly. We would not recommend. At least we got a 4 CHF waiver, but still paid 18 CHF for a salad that was not in perfect condition and was going back. These were the most expensive two lettuce leaves I have ever eaten. It would be my fault if I didn 't finish the salad. Service: 1"
