Emile's - Carta

We're always on the lookout for a great meal, and since we were in London, I set out to find a really good wellington.

Just had my final meal at Emile's before they close their doors for good! Such a shame to lose a gem in Putney's food scene.

After many attempts to try Emiles, we finally made it. I can only say anything positive that was said before. Emile is beautiful, warm and welcoming. The food is plate licking well. Wine is contradictoryly expensive. I will go back as often as possible! Love! What a jewel.

I was disappointed by the things I used to eat was cold, chicken pudding was stubborn and soggy and tasty, service was missing and eating was described as a skid brand. the reviews and pictures we left on their Facebook page have been deleted. do they do this with all negative remarks? the poor show Ver carta

I'm so sad that this charming little restaurant is closed. It has long kept the standard for me of high-quality food at a very reasonable price. The wine list is also great. Staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I will miss together with Putney's restaurant scene Emil and his team. Thank you for the wonderful meals and memories.

when we were well fucked away from the main street, we went past several times and read the menu, decided to take the mother in the law for a contract with the reviews that sound fantastic and the menu look pretty good, we were all quite optimistic that I had the wellington (because the reviews were over her), but it was a disappointment. there was much too much pate in there and it simply exaggerated the beautiful bark fillet. the answer was that it won't change because it's thrilled by anyone who eats it. hmm the service was not the best to wait 20 minutes for drinks.

After years of contemplating, we finally made our first visit to this restaurant. We decided to splurge on a joint boarding party meal and it was well worth it. Despite the lack of luxurious decor, we found the atmosphere to be very relaxing and comfortable. The restaurant was bustling with customers, but the food was exceptional and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this unique and locally-owned establishment. We would definitely recommend it, however, it is unfortunate that the restaurant is closing today (28/7/2017) as one of the owners is retiring. This might explain the large number of diners who are seizing their last chance to dine here. I'm sure it will be missed. Ver carta
