We had a lovely weekend lunch here. Not busy at lunch times which is not a problem at all. Food was really tasty and the restaurant team are lovely.

Great food, great service. Best Chinese in the area. Enjoyed an 18th birthday meal celebration with family. The restaurant was full and had a lovely atmosphere. 2nd time here and can't fault it.

Very good as usual but not inspired. The service and food was good but there seems to be an atmosphere of everything is on a production line. No one is special or a valued customer just a means to an end money. Ver carta

Food was served at different times so didnt eat at same time. Late food was warm at best. Servers ignored or was rude when chased. Very disapointed evening been here many years and by far the worst experience we've had.

Can 't decide which was worse, the food or the service. You 'll get prawn crackers when you 've ordered food Peking duck dry and tasteless Forget this once amazing Chinese restaurant, there are better places to eat out in Leamington

Went for a friend's birthday and was very impressed. It's not especially cheap but is very much worth the money. I had a chicken satay followed by a lamb dish which were both fantastic, and everyone else loved their dishes as well. Service was quick and friendly too. Ver carta

After a terrible visit a few months back we arranged another lunch here to give it another shot as historically the food has always been great. However, sadly it was to the same standard again. The chicken was like rubber, the satay sauce awful, the batter on the crispy prawns and crispy beef was soft and soggy. We were rushed the entire time, the waitresses was wanting to quickly clear our table when we hadn 't finished. Three times she was asked not to. The staff are rude and intrusive. When we eventually left, the staff had their coats on and leaving with us. I had booked this in advance too, so the restaurant were well aware of our arrival. Arrived for our reservation at 7:30 but wasn’t until 8 that we got served just for drinks , meanwhile a group of four middle aged men were seated and served after us and we only got attention after catching someone’s eye. For reference we are a couple in our 20’s. It seemed like they were only concerned with serving big tables and older couples. What proved this was another couple around our age were seated and left after not being served for 20+ minutes. The food again was very slow whilst other tables who ordered after us were being given food quickly. A ruined 60th Birthday…! My friends have been frequent visitors of Emperors Chinese restaurant for years however after last Friday we will now NEVER go back! For my 60th birthday we decided to go and have a meal at Emperors They suggested they would bring out a tiny cake as part of the birthday celebration … great we thought ..! …However when the bill came they expected us to pay for the birthday cake as a desert . I questioned it and requested to speak to a supervisor, but they declined to speak with me and said I had to pay for the small birthday cake.
