While Cucina Italiana rated this the #1 spaghetti alla carbonara that alone does not do this dish service. I have eaten at Er Patata many times but had never had this dish. I finally tried it the other day and I can say without reservation that this is the finest spaghetti alla carbonara. Second place is so far back in the review mirror as to not be seen. All their food is excellent but this dish stands out from the rest. If you are in the Marino Laziale area you will not want to miss this!! The parking deck is close by so while Marino is a historic medeval hill town in the Castelli Romani wine country finding parking is not a problem. Ver carta
