The staff are rude and unprofessional, they will not help at all if you don’t speak French and don’t understand their system. There is better food and nicer staff at many places in the 8th. Ver carta

Pastry is pretty good. Parisian prices (external limits on certain products) size of exaggerated croissants: for this price, one expects a large well-inflated croissant, it is rather the opposite.

I have gone to Eric Kayser most mornings during our stay in Paris. The croissants are so buttery flaky...absolutely delicious! The pain au chocolat is really good. The breads are wonderful. The cafe au lait is really good as well. Give it a try.
