Cosy place and great products. Friendly atmosphere also thanks to the friendliness of the boy who works there (Michele) who made us feel at ease and he was able to advise us. I'll be back!

the order arrived in time, delicious bread but cold sandwiches, sin because they were good, they would have deserved more stars. sweet notes, more anemical than fried. I would have expected more from a craft burger!

great hamburgheria without GLUTINE/VEGANO fragrant bread a lot of varieties in the menu, possibility to add ingredients to make your burger even more delicious. excellent also craft beers at the bar. friendly staff great value for money. recommended recommended

For curiosity not being celiac I went to try this restaurant, and.... surprise of the surprises food of excellent quality, all homemade including gluten free bread (a parer mio equal if not even better to bread with gluten)service and explanation of the excellent dishes, right balance in every dish, cozy tit and always with smile every second of the evening.... Really an experience to try and try again!!!! _

We were educated a week ago, my boyfriend, his sister and me, and it was a pleasant discovery. fast service, quality products and sandwiches both classic and original. remarkable grandmother with cream of pasta and potatoes and mayonnaise with black pepper. prices are honest and the main surprise is that it is all completely gluten-free. I wouldn't have even noticed the difference if it wasn't the owner himself who told me. an experience to remake soon.

I was SO EXCITED to find this totally gluten free restaurant in Rome. The food was delicious, the staff was super nice, and the menu was really expansive, with Mexican and American cuisines. My only regret was that I went on my last night in town and couldn’t order everything on the menu! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town and highly recommend anyone with Celiac’s visit. There’s absolutely no risk of cross-contamination in this restaurant, and I felt completely safe ordering anything I wanted here.

Being all gluten-free is a place where those who have this kind of limitation feel at home. It must be done a plausion because, by experience, the management of gluten-free especially on flours and derivatives is complex and one reaches a certain level only with study and work. Result of quality crisp bread. For the rest excellent raw materials, empathetic staff, location not wide in an area of Rome that as the neighbors is developing with wide choice of especially ethnic premises. In any case we start with Tacos and nachos then three rich and varied burgers (bonus) with potato chips and a fake dark chocolate bomb. Bonus for their sauce. Two gluten-free beers, water for a total of 73 euros....
