Perfect service to eat a perfect one. Always a safe bank to eat very high quality in Saarbrücken. The lunch menu for 69 € is particularly recommended. It is best to add a little dessert and you have a perfect 2 star at noon.

The food was very good, but I would have liked another two more wow-moments with two stars, but they were definitely there. The service was accurate, very friendly and facing. I felt comfortable. Beverages (Champagner White Wine) were well and suitable.

The performances of chef Del Fabro and his team were excellent for the eyes and above all tastefully. The service was very attentive and excellent. Thank you to Monsieur Pourchère and his team. The hotel and breakfast staff were also top, there was no lack of kindness and professionalism. It was around a beautiful stay and we like to come back. Thank you to the whole team of Esplanade.

The chef has improved greatly since my last visit, and the food was excellent. While I used to think Erfort restaurant was better for me at a 3-star level last year, due to staff issues, it couldn't regain the 3 stars. However, the Esplanade was consistent. Competition among our Saarland star chefs has increased significantly, leading to top-notch performances not often found in larger cities.

We were there for lunch. Plat du jour for 72€ initially sounds expensive, but it was far from. Until the appetizer, there are already 2 greetings from the kitchen and additional homemade bread with different butters. The prices for the food are absolutely fair. The drinks are expensive. A large bottle of water for almost 10€ is exaggerated. I also find a glass of white wine for 16€. Better make the menu a little more expensive and the drinks cheaper. The service was phenomenal. Jerome takes care of himself without being intrusive. I haven't experienced it better. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the nice lunch. Ver carta
