only a little clumsy service and lack of allergy understanding cost a single star, otherwise the experience was raised! delicious, healthy eating and a morning dessert! two of the stars must be dessert king in the kitchen.

excellent Italian restaurant in a chic opposite of a great city. very tasteful environment and this restaurant is recommended beautiful menu, great eating, helpful waiter and it has no ability cost with sitting outdoors it was perfect for a beautiful summer evening, I would definitely come back?

I visited the ristorante Essenza with a friend. the restaurant has a fabulous location and is beautifully designed. we ordered 2 appetizers, 2 main dishes and 1 dessert as well as 2 drinks, and this amounted to very reasonable 85 €. eating was incredible - the tuna tartar I can only recommend! ! will definitely come back to the ristorante Essenza when I travel next time to berlin!

with my friend we made last november vacation in berlin and as Italians who pay attention to good eating, we did not miss tasting some dishes of this restaurant, about which we had read good critiks, and so our first dinner was there... and every night after. everything so delicious that it was a problem every time to decide what to order. the strangest of all??? that such a refined restaurant with such good eating was not a star because it has all the requirements for it. located directly at the potsdamer square, this place seems to focus on business dinner / dinner. we were at a weekend there and felt lost in this huge place. despite the beautiful interieur there is no warm and welcoming atmosphere. the service was ok. the wee are overpriced and range from 40,00 to 5,000 plus (!!!) eur. our red wine cost 49,- eur and was very average. eating was average, the quality seemed ok. recommended for fast lunch, never for special occasions! rather disappointing for dinner.

very elegant place in the heart of the potsdamer square, relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and attentive Italian and German waiters. meat and fish menu, excellent wine selection, partly also glassy. the portions come from a gourmet restaurant, which also prices. the grilled otopus is very good, but appears on the menu as a steamed, delicate bark piece and good grilled thunfischsteak. dessert, a Bavarian mandel with gianduia, was also an excellent conclusion of dinner. recommended for a romantic dinner.
