"Bewertungskriterien bei einem griechischen Restaurant ist für mich, dass das Fleisch nicht fettig oder sehnig ist (Ich hatte Souvlaki), dass man flexibel bei der Wahl der Beilagen ist (da ich nicht so der Pommesesser bin) und vor allem dass die Metaxasosse lecker ist. Und hier landet das Ambeli in allem einen Volltreffer. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich finde es auch ganz gemütlich, dass es noch ein wenig diesen etwas dunklen Flair der alten Balkanrestaurants hat. Somit haben wir uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt und lecker gegessen."

"Das Ambiente ist halt typisch Imbiss. eher noch ein bisschen siffig wenn man genauer hin guckt. Besonders an der Belüftung. Da sieht man unschöne Verfärbungen der wandfarbe und der Ventilator ist sehr sehr verstaubt und dreckig. angeboten wir wohl alles, was das fast food Herz sich wünscht. Pizza, Döner, Salat, Baguette, Pommes, Currywurst etc. ist für mich eigentlich immer ein Grund in so einem Imbiss nicht zu essen, da man nicht alles gut machen kann. Besser weniger Dinge anbieten und dafür gut, anstatt alles und dafür schlecht. Mein Eindruck sollte sich dann leider auch bestätigen. ich habe eine Pizza mit schinken bestellt. Normalerweise kenne ich es, dass der schinken auf der Pizza, über dem Käse liegt. Hier war er unter dem Käse. Wahrscheinlich stilsache. Die Pizza wird auf einem holzbrettchen serviert. Die Idee ist eigentlich ziemlich cool, aber unzählige Schnitte von anderen Kunden haben dieses Brettchen schon ziemlich zerstört aussehen lassen. Ganz zu schweigen von dem Bakterien, die sich in diesen Kerben einnisten und nicht mehr weg zu bekommen sind. geschmacklich war die hochpreisige Pizza auch nicht der knaller. Der kanten war zwar sehr knusprig, was ich mag, aber dafür war vom schinken nichts zu schmecken, der Teig an vielen Stellen einfach zu dick. Dann doch besser in eine richtige Pizzeria und ein oder zwei Euro mehr bezahlen und was leckeres auf den Tisch bekommen."
