Wir waren Spontan an einem Sonntagabend hier essen und sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen und dem Service. Gerne wieder.

Sehr gute Bewirtung, Essen spitze, jedes mal wenn wir da sind sind wir äußerst zufrieden. Kann man nur empfehlen!!!!

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, eine immer aufmerksame Bedienung in ruhiger Atmosphäre. Die Dekoration passte genau zur Feier. Das Menü war wie abgesprochen und hat durch die erstklassige Zubereitung überzeugt.

We celebrated a farewell dinner for a colleague. Nice ambience and very friendly staff/host. The Mediterranean starter platter was rich and yummy with all that you would expect. Roasted Mediterranean vegetables, vitello tonato, melon and prosciutto or carpaccio. Freshly made and to the point. My...ribeye had a good quality and was made as ordered. I liked that it had a good size and that it was not too huge. Quality over quantity! Definitely a place to visit again

My wife made an online reservation for a table for persons to celebrate a birthday. We received an email confirming our reservation so all was good. Imagine our horror and disgust to turn up and find the place to be in darkness, totally closed...with a nice sign informing guests that they were involved in some form of outside catering activity. As our party wondered what to do now, we saw at least other two cars arriving to be confronted with the same nasty surprise. Do you think that we'll be back soon???

Letzte Woche waren mein Mann und ich sehr spontan im Fachwerk essenicht. Der Empfang überschwänglich und das Ambiente schön. Die fast ausnahmslos guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Die Vorspeise war zwar lecker, aber einfallslos serviert (Ziegenkäse), der anschließende Seeteufel zu lange gebraten. Der Spinat Mangel Mix war genau wie der Seeteufel völlig überlagert vom Knoblauch Geschmack. Ich mag Knoblauch gern, aber zuviel ist zuviel. Der Thunfisch war zu trocken und das Kartoffelpüree, mit einem kleinen Eisportionierer als Beilage serviert optisch nicht ansprechend. After the disaster last time when we tried to book a table here, this time I made a reservation on-line AND followed up with a telephone call to confirm that they had received our booking and that they would be open on the night in...question (unlike last time They were... We parked hapharzardly in the small car park in the little hof and went in search of our reserved table,. We were a family group on covering three generations. The place was full and doing a brisk trade. The larger than life owner seated us at a table for which was a bit of a squeeze unfortunately.
