Great place. Delicious cakes of coffee. We have also been placed without reservations. Good bike parking right in front of the house. By car, it's a little more problematic.

The customer service is incredible and very welcoming. The place itself is beautiful and makes you feel at home. The food is awesome. Don’t even get me started on the cakes which are an absolute delight. This is now my go to place.

Our first visit to Leipzig, we wanted a coffee before departure and found this restaurant by chance. We were very excited. The ambience, both inside and outside, was beautiful. The food was very, very delicious. Rare eaten so well. The Lord who served us was very kind. We like to come back.

Small menu but oho! On the menu are only a few dishes to choose from, there are a number of day offers, most of them had an Italian touch. Here the motto seems rather: quality instead of quantity. Our chosen dishes were scary creative, really no 0815 mass-Italian stuff, absolutely tasty and freshly prepared. We were very enthusiastic and were guaranteed not the last time there. Ver carta

We found this place by chance and it was an excellent choice. We sat outside in the garden and enjoyed our stay. We went for 2x Espresso Macchiato (which was superb), Aperol sprizz, 2 homemade cakes, carafe of apple juice mixed with water and 2 cookies. Everything was great. The waiter was very friendly, toilets are clean, all check. From the car park Am Auensee it is not even 5 minutes walk. We paid the EC card. Tip can only be provided in cash. Conclusion: highly recommended and again at any time.

Das Café Fachwerk ist ein super schönes und gemütliches Café und Restaurant. Es bietet mediterrane Küche, super leckere Kuchen und außergewöhnliche Getränke. Was mir seit Jahren auffällt, ist der nicht zufrieden stellende Service. Man muss wirklich Glück haben, dass die Laune bestimmter Servicekräfte gut ist und sie nicht so sehr gestresst sind, dann ist es wirklich super. Wenn man mal spüren will, was schlechter Service ist, muss man nur versuchen einen Tisch per Telefon zu reservieren. Es wird generell gesagt, dass es ausgebucht ist (erlebe es seit Jahren nicht anders)und kein Tisch mehr zu haben ist, auch wenn die Uhrzeit nicht mitgeteilt wurde.
