"For me 3-star hotel with wellness area, but also not. Conclusion: There are more beautiful, central and cheaper alternatives where you can book. Wellness can also be booked as a non-hotel guest. Travel price is completely due at check-in and the cancellation conditions are customer-free regarding the periods. Bathroom with glass door – so with coffee in the small kitchen, you can watch your family at the shop (taste thing). We booked 2.5 months before: (2 weeks/2 children)-2 ÜN/HP /2 room family apartment incl. pirate package. By timely booking we paid 170,00 EUR more than price 3 weeks before travel date. Hotel proved its current prices. We did not find a reference to this on the website and, as we all know, families depend on certain travel times and also certain room sizes. So families in the FAMILIENHOTEL have to go deeper into their pockets when booking early, if they want to make holiday there. PARKING PAYMENTS for a fee. Still NOT cleared with snow and ice. FAMILYHOTEL: The pirate island is advertised here as a playground on the hotel website. From 2023 only for hotel guests. Probably it is a general playground that does not belong to the hotel. I can't make an assessment of the playground, was snowy. Also watched for the animation program (divided into suggested age groups). If you don't sign up, you've had bad luck. We had to see that families with children were sent away at the Stockbrot, as they did not register before. A tip to the hotel. Maybe just make a little more dough – you are titled yourself as a family hotel. I could not find an offer for the proposed age group Teens. Meals are ok, but you should be able to dispense with really warm food. Possibilities for 4 people are also limited. A reservation is lt. Personnel available only from 6 pers. The one family must have celebrated for 3 days because the place was always reserved for them. However, the note card at the table is just on the buffet or we are back on other adventures. WELLNESS: selection of different applications that are also very good. The staff was very friendly, but if it is trained, I dare to doubt. The pool with 6x8m is very small. Buttons for waterfall do not work. It's overcrowded with 20 people. 4 star hotel: There are minimum requirements that a hotel must meet. Mr. at Check Inn was unmotivated/generated and you did not receive all the necessary information, e.g., that our wellness application booked in advance was relocated. In principle, the personnel are not open to criticism of a negative nature. It will only be noted with a ‘Ah ok’ and not discussed further. IMPORTANT: The complete price is required at check-in. There were some guests who wondered about it at Check In. Staff had a standard set “The check out is therefore faster and easier for the guest”. In my opinion, total nonsense, but rather to give complaints from the way. And there were some of them. As mentioned at meals, there is still a lot of potential up for 4 stars. The equipment of the rooms is partly 4 stars but mainly 3 stars. (single size: 3 chairs/4 persons; 3xNight table available, but the wardrobe becomes unusable; Suitcases–in the wardrobe so hanging up clothes drops away; generous storage area in the bathroom–I missed; 2 toothbrush cups/4 persons; double bed were single beds that slowly moved apart at night; the TÜV of the closing mechanism of our room door had expired in March 2022, etc... Unfortunately no more place, but the list is long"

Very nice hotel, not only for families. The room we had was completely built, huge closet, sofa It was not possible to come into the room with a stroller. We were registered with toddler, there are other rooms, but that was not possible. Everything in a hotel. Ver carta

Dear team of the Hotel Seeklause, we felt all around and can only recommend you, especially nice were the service staff for breakfast and evening bread, as we also perceived spa treatments, also since all ladies were very nice, in doing so only something to rethink, pupils in the 1st year, yet not to let any apps go independently, otherwise everything was very nice. We're happy to come back.

this is a hotel with a fairly traditional restaurant (i.e. many dead animals) but it has at least one clearly marked vegan escape and a few selected vegetarian options. in this opposite is like rain in the desert. So I recommend this restaurant, hoping that if more vegans come here, they will add more options. the food was good, not the usual fake meat or burger, but a whole dish of sweet: a carabin filled with truffled roasted buns on a bed spinach with small apple pieces and gazed cherry tomato. some added roasted pumpkin seeds or smoked tofu sausages would have made the court perfect. we were in the hotel and there is a small vegan choice to breakfast, also. they had two homemade spreads... This is a hotel with a quite traditional restaurant (meaning lots of dead animals) but it has at least one clearly marked vegan entree and a couple of marked vegetarian options. In this area this is like rain in the desert ... So I recommend this restaurant hoping that if more vegans come here they will add more options. The food was good, too not the usual fake meat or burgers but a whole dish made from vegetables: a kohlrabi filled with truffled puréed peas on a bed of spinach with small apple pieces and sautéed cherry tomatoes.
