Situated in Leadenhall, a 10 minute walk from London Bridge, Farmer J is bringing a whole new meaning to healthy eating on the go. Their offerings include a delicious round up of sweet and savoury breakfast bites, from coconut porridge and smashed avocado on toast to shakshuka and harissa spiced omelette rolls. It doesn’t stop there, though; delicious soups and salads are aplenty. But it's the field trays where Farmer J really stands out.

I had the best lunch surprise at Opposite! After hearing great things about this new place, I decided to check it out, and it was amazing. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and it was great value for money. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were friendly. As I was leaving, one of the staff members even recommended that I try sitting in the outdoor seating area next time. I absolutely loved everything about my experience and will definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend giving it a try.

Today for lunch, I ordered Farmer J through Uber Eats and it was absolutely fantastic. I chose the tofu steak with field grains, grilled broccoli, and root vegetables as sides, and all three dishes were amazing! Personally, I really enjoyed the tofu, although I thought it could have been pressed and cooked a bit more. It worked for me, but someone used to well-cooked tofu may find it too white and squishy. The sides were spectacular without any complaints. I also tried the peanut butter cups, which weren't what I was expecting but still a nice addition to complete the meal.
