"Very overpriced. Lunch for 2. We chose the Dejalamío menu, 79.90€, plus 37.50€ wine pairing option, per person, which means 117.40€ for each of us. Let me start with the positives: The food was quite good, came fast and was just enough. We chose the most expensive menu with the highest number of dishes in it, had we ordered some other menu I highly doubt the quantity would 've been enough. The wine pairing was good too, interesting choices and one glass per dish except for the 2nd dessert dish which did not include any drink for some reason... . Apart from this, we ordered, for both: 2 1L bottles of water, 3 pieces of bread, 1 coffee espresso from old stale beans , 1 green tea, and 2 single shots of their recommended acorn liqueur. I honestly thought at least one of those items was going to be included in the 117.40€ food+wine menu per person, which is definitely a high price for Gijón standards. For that money, in Gijón and really anywhere in Spain one would expect to get a customary coffee, bread, water... Absolutely nothing was included. We paid 3.50€ for a mediocre green teabag with some hot water. 1.25€ for a single piece of bread. 3.50€ for a 1L bottle of water. The service was good but inconsistent, e.g. a few dishes were not explained to us. Overall the place tables, chairs, atmosphere was ok, nothing special. I understand we were not scammed nor did they do anything illegal or technically wrong , but it is very overpriced for the quality of the food good but nothing amazing , quantity again, not bad, but not great either considering we ordered the I 'm hungry menu as they call it , and service, if we take into account that a 80€ +37.50€ wine lunch tasting menu doesn 't even include a single piece of bread. It 's a shame because the food was good but I cannot recommend this place to anyone given the final price we paid 257.75€ for 2 considering what we ate and drank."

Comimos el menú del día. Es un menú muy equilibrado, con productos de alta calidad y platos muy sabrosos, llenos de contrastes. El precio es muy adecuado para un restaurante de este nivel. Dejalamío menu, quite abundant and very delicious. Perfectly prepared dishes. The gizzard was very good, as was the sauce on some dishes. I couldn't stop dipping bread into almost all the dishes. We made a reservation at this restaurant to eat the Mangurrino menu. It has been a spectacular experience. All the dishes on the menu were delicious, it is impossible to stop at just one. Furthermore, I am pregnant and they have adapted the dishes so that I can enjoy them equally without any problem. Both the chef and the service are very attentive. We will repeat for sure. Super recommended.

We are a couple from Almendralejo who had dinner last night at this wonderful restaurant. We were recommended by friends who assured us that we would enjoy a great culinary experience, and we did. We ordered the Asina tasting menu with food pairings and it was a total success. Thank the chef for his friendly and familiar treatment with fellow countrymen as well as his team, who explained each dish to us and the reason for each wine accompanying each dish. Totally recommended, we will return!!
